Congratulations to Charlie Roigard from Rotorua Boys’ High School on receiving the 2022 Harold Holmes Student Grant.
A leading local businessman and member of the Rotary Club of Rotorua for many years, Harold Holmes was passionate about Rotorua and its people. In 1991 he created the Student Grant which awards a scholarship each year to a local high school student to assist with the cost of their tertiary studies.
Charlie will use this grant to help fund his university studies this coming year. We wish Charlie all the best with his future goals!
The Harold Holmes Student Grant has been presented to deserving year 13 students in the Rotorua community for over 30 years.
