We’re thrilled to annouce the very first distribution from the Rotorua SPCA Fund. Including support from the Roberta and Enid Griffin Fund the SPCA will receive $8,500.
To mark the occasion, SPCA is naming three animals Bobbie, Enid and Griffin in honour of this lasting legacy and hosting a celebratory morning tea.
We are excited to introduce you to the first animal to be named Griffin. He was found wandering and very underweight, Griffin is now safe in SPCA care. He’ll be with the team for a while as he regains strength, before being ready to find his forever home.
This generous fund was established by Bobbie Griffin in 2010 to honour her sister Enid. Though Bobbie passed away in 2014, her vision ensures Rotorua SPCA will receive support every year, forever – helping countless animals like Griffin get the second chance they deserve.
