More than fifty Project Tongariro supporters gathered at the beautiful home of Helene Phillips and Peter Jarvis in July for Canvas for Conservation, an afternoon celebrating conservation, community and the remarkable landscapes that define our region.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, the charity auction, donations and hamper raffle raised $10,000 for the Project Tongariro Legacy Fund.
The event also marked the launch of the Project Tongariro Legacy Circle, recognising those who have chosen to leave a gift in their Will to support Project Tongariro’s work for generations to come. We are delighted to welcome four founding members to the Legacy Circle and look forward to growing this community of supporters over the years ahead.
