Geyser Community Foundation is a registered charitable organisation and reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Geyser Community Foundation operates the website www.geysercf.org.nz and these terms and conditions which govern each donation you make through this website. These terms and conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make.
By confirming on the Geyser Community Foundation website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for that transaction.
1. About us
The purpose of the Geyser Community Foundation (GCF) is to promote and support charitable giving towards local community organisations and charitable purposes.
2.1 The details of your donation will be displayed to you on the (GCF) website before it is processed. If you wish to correct an error you can do this by following the screen directions before proceeding.
2.2 As soon as you confirm to us through the GCF website that you wish to make a donation you will be directed to DPS payment processing system, which will process the transaction by requesting funds from your credit card provider.
2.3 The name that will appear on your statements will be that of Geyser Community Foundation.
3. Information you need to provide us
3.1 Before we can process your donation, you must provide us with correct details as per the donation form.
3.2 You are responsible for providing us with the correct information.
3.3 We will monitor all donations made through the GCF website.
3.4 We require that you are aged 18 or above to use the GCF online payment service.
4.1 By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorise us to request funds from your credit card provider and you agree to use the GCF website under these Terms and Conditions.
5.1 We will display your receipt on the GCF website and also send you an email containing a link to view your receipt online as soon as we receive confirmation from your credit card provider that your transaction has been authorised.
5.2 You are advised to print this receipt for Tax purposes.
5.3 We will keep a record of your donation for a minimum of ten years.
We will process your donation in New Zealand (NZD) currency.
All donations made are non-refundable and no refunds will be issued. If you wish to lodge a dispute, please contact our office within 48 hours of the donation transaction being conducted.
8. Complaints and redress
If you think we have made a mistake, please contact us and we will investigate the situation and if necessary action will be taken to put matters right.
9. Service interruptions and failures
Occasionally, the payment services may be interrupted or caused to fail by abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, or where we need to act in a particular way to comply with the law. We will not be responsible to you for the consequences or such events where they were unavoidable despite all our efforts to the contrary.
10.1 We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We can provide to you a copy on request.
